Board Member Carol Ann Budd
In her past career as an engineer, Carol Ann solved complex customer technical issues and led global R&D projects before joining Investors Group as a financial planner. She is a member of Queen’s University Council and Treasurer of the Canadian Aboriginal Science & Technology Society. Her philosophy of taking the time to understand clients’ goals and concerns, combined with strong problem solving skills, results in comprehensive plans appropriate for each unique financial situation. With a busy family life that includes her husband Simon and 4 children, Carol Ann knows that while most of us recognize the importance of financial planning, we’re often unable to give it the time it deserves. She is committed to helping individuals and families achieve their goals through strategic management of their financial resources. Her vision of personal success and professional fulfillment includes the strengthening of Aboriginal communities through wealth creation and growth.
